Poster: Comparative imaging of a pathology of the cardiovascular, urinary, or reproductive systems
Students will be required to choose a pathology of the cardiovascular, urinary, or reproductive system and compare two imaging modalities used in the diagnosis, staging and/or monitoring of the chosen pathology.
You are strongly encouraged to check the suitability of your chosen pathology and imaging modalities with the module leader.
The poster must include:
Pathology
Route to diagnosis
Comparison of two imaging modalities (including labelled diagnostic images)
Role of the radiographer
Patient care issues
Patient management
Reference list (in Vancouver format)
The poster must be A1 size and be created electronically. Students must submit one electronic copy of the work via the module area on Brightspace. Students are advised to keep their own copy of the work.
Students must submit their work as a PDF file that can be opened by UoS software. Files that cannot be opened cannot be marked.
Students must keep within ± 10% of the required word length and a statement of the actual word count must be stated clearly on the poster.
Posters must be referenced using the Vancouver referencing system (not the Harvard systemwhich is required for all other work). A reference list must appear at the bottom of the poster.
