Assignment 2: Individual Coursework (75%)
Topic: A critical reflection on your experience of teamwork
Format: Individual written assignment. This coursework requires online submission only via Canvas. Word limit: A maximum of 1,500 words (excluding tables, figures, appendices, and reference list) Deadline: 20th January 2023, by midday (12pm GMT)
Task: This assignment requires you to draw upon and integrate material learned throughout the ULMS847 module in order to provide an informed and critical analysis of your experience of teamwork on Assignment 1 (Group Presentation). Your assignment should include the following:
?A written reflection of your experience of teamwork on Assignment 1 (Group Presentation). Here you should compare and contrast different aspects of your teamwork experiences in relation to a range of relevant theory and empirical evidence covered in the module (e.g., team composition, team processes, leadership styles, individual differences, power and influence).
?As this is a reflective assignment you should write in first-person. However, it is crucial that you draw upon academic theory and research to interpret and analyse specific teamwork
experiences you encountered, meaning that in-text citations are required throughout.
?As part of your reflective learning, you may also wish to briefly link to other teamwork experiences prior to the MBA (for example, in a current or past job), however, this is not essential.
?Your assignment should conclude with a summary of your overall learning about work team effectiveness, and how your learning and reflections on module content will inform your
approach to teamwork in your future career.
?Sub-heading may be used to structure the assignment. Tables, figures and appendices may also be used, but are not essential.
?A complete and properly formatted reference list (Harvard or APA style) must be included at the end.
